Q: How Do I Dispense 2 Part Adhesives Properly?

A:   Here are some helpful videos on how to use different dispensing systems:

  • 50ML Cartridge Adapter for Standard Caulk Gun
  • 375ML Manual Dispensing Gun

  • 375ML Pneumatic Dispensing Gun

  • Coaxial Pneumatic Dispensing Gun

Q: Can I reuse the mixing tip after dispensing 2 part adhesives and sealants?

A: No. Two-part adhesives are reactive materials. A chemical reaction takes place as both components mix in the nozzle. Once the working time of the adhesive is reached, the mixture begins to set and harden. This process cannot be reversed. Luckily, mixing nozzles are relatively inexpensive and the proper use of mixing nozzles creates significant time and labor savings compared to hand mixing. The time and materials you spend on proper dispensing best practices are well worth the peace of mind knowing that you have avoided potential quality issues that can be very costly!

Q: How many linear ft can be dispensed from my cartridge (e.g. 50ml, 375ml, 400ml, etc.) ?
