In the unlikely event that your order is damaged on arrival, please follow these instructions.
If the delivery driver is present, have them note the damage in their log. You may refuse to accept the order at this time.
If you accepted the item or the damage was unseen, take a picture and save all packing materials (especially any damaged packaging). Call (1-800-220-1966) or email (sales@chemical-conepts.com) us as soon as possible with details regarding the damage.
